How Does Pay by Bank App Work?

Pay by Bank will appear as a payment option when you reach the checkout. Simply select this option to finish your payment with your banking app.

Pay by Bank on your Phone or Tablet:
If your banking app is installed on the device that you’re using, then you will automatically be taken to your banking app when you click ‘Pay by Bank’. After you’ve logged into your banking app, you can review your order and then simply tap ‘confirm’ to pay.

Pay by Bank on your Desktop:
If your banking app is not installed on the device that you’re using, you will be given a one-time code that your bank can use to identify your order. You can then log into your banking app on your phone or tablet and enter the code to retrieve your order. Once you’ve reviewed your order, simply tap ‘confirm’ to pay.
