Lean in 15: What Does It Mean?

Joe’s Lean in 15 plan is designed to fuel our bodies for fat-burning by eating more and exercising less. By using HIIT home workouts that can be squeezed into busy schedules and eating high protein meals that fill you up and are quick to prepare; Joe has made it as quick and easy as possible to burn fat and build lean muscle.

Joe Wicks first rose to fame on Instagram and YouTube where he shared fitness and diet advice in fun and down-to-earth clips as The Body Coach. His bright and hilarious personality shone through in the short videos and soon followers around the world were throwing out their sad steps (scales) and shouting “guilt-eeee” as they made Joe’s delicious recipes at home.

Taking a sustainable approach to weight loss, Joe believes that deprivation diets and hours spent in the gym aren’t realistic for most of us. And, unsurprisingly, his quick, simple and effective fat-loss plans have been a huge success with followers. Joe published his first book – Lean in 15: The Shift Plan – in 2015 and it quickly became a bestseller, closely followed by the release of two more books in the Lean in 15 plan, and many more fantastic cookbooks.
